“The developments we have observed in the first part of the year increasingly confirm the essential role of travel insurance in vacation planning. It is no longer perceived as an optional extra, but as a financial safety net for unforeseen situations that may arise while travelling abroad. Whether we are talking about medical issues, accidents or trip cancellation, such events can generate significant costs, and quick access to support and compensation becomes essential for a worry-free holiday,” said Ramona Bernic, Vice President of the Management Board of UNIQA Insurance.
The claims process UNIQA offers its customers provides fast and reliable support in critical moments. The digital consultant ANA is available online, making it easier to report and track the status of claims files throughout the compensation process, for a simpler and more accessible experience.
