The opening required an investment of nearly 2 million lei and created 20 jobs. The venue covers 248 sq. m, including a 100 sq. m outdoor terrace, and was fitted out according to the brand’s standards with a customized design to ensure fast service and a dining experience aligned with Spartan’s concept.
This Satu Mare site is the 19th Spartan restaurant opened by Remus Cosovanu within his franchise portfolio and expands the network’s footprint to 25 counties across Romania.
During the first four days, the restaurant served more than 3,100 customers and recorded sales exceeding 200,000 lei. Approximately 3,000 gyros were sold in that period, both in pita and plated formats. To mark the local launch, Spartan treated customers to several promotions, including free products, 1+1 offers and prize raffles.
Customers in Satu Mare have access to the full Spartan menu, featuring traditional dishes prepared from proprietary recipes, pita baked on site and sauces registered as trademarks. The star item is the plated Gyros, available in chicken, beef, pork and lamb variants. Spartan differentiates itself through a unique meat mix, being the only chain to offer that combination.
