On October 29, 2026, NEXXT AI Summit will bring together over 50 international speakers and more than 2,000 attendees to explore where artificial intelligence delivers real business value, what implementation entails, and how to measure results.
Companies building artificial intelligence and enterprise teams already integrating it into daily operations will meet at the NEXXT AI Summit on October 29 at FACE Convention Centre in Bucharest. Speakers bring practical insights across technology, banking, space research, infrastructure, healthcare, biotechnology, robotics, sports, and more, in a program dedicated to pragmatic enterprise AI adoption.
Discussions focus on the critical choices leaders face today: which business challenges are worth solving with AI, what resources and operational changes implementation requires, and how to evaluate results. Through keynotes, case studies, masterclasses, and live product demonstrations, participants will gain clear insights into moving projects from initial experiments to day-to-day enterprise solutions.
NEXXT AI Summit Speakers: From AI Development to Business Applications and Robotics
Confirmed speakers include Brian Evergreen, author of Autonomous Transformation and former AI Strategy Lead at Microsoft, who advises Fortune 500 companies; Zdenek Romanek, President & CEO of Raiffeisen Bank Romania, a banking leader with 20 years of experience in digital transformation; and Paolo Sironi, Global Research Leader for Banking and Financial Markets at IBM.
The AI development ecosystem is represented by Snehal Bhatia, Applied AI Architect at OpenAI; Alejandro Avila, Developer Advocate at Hugging Face; Arthur Muradyan, Head of Product Growth at n8n; and Dimi Nikolaou, Field CTO and Founding Europe Lead at Fireworks AI. The program also features executives and perspectives from Google, Adobe, SandboxAQ, and AWS, alongside DRUID AI, Outcome1.AI, ZayaAI, Genomate Health, AgriCloud, and Leviatan Group, connecting global expertise with regional ecosystem initiatives.
Robotics and physical-world AI applications occupy a central role in the agenda. Roshni Lulla, Co-Founder & Research Lead at the Institute for Humane Robotics, brings insights on developing systems that safely interact with humans, while Captcha the Robot, developed by Hidoba Research and Enjoy Robotics, brings physical robotics directly onto the stage. Jorge Lopez Trescastro, Head of AI & Data at the European Space Agency, and Kimberly Washington, Co-Founder & CEO of Deep Space Biology, extend the conversation into space research and AI-driven biotechnology. The cybersecurity angle is presented by Tomasz Pietrzyk, Systems Engineering Manager CEE at Palo Alto Networks.
Summit host Spencer Kelly, BBC presenter, brings two decades of experience in explaining technology and the impact of AI to global audiences. Joining him is Aman Dogra, Advertising Sales at Financial Times, bringing a unique media and business perspective.
"Through our involvement in NEXXT AI Summit, we want to move the conversation around artificial intelligence beyond trends and hype, toward applied education and the questions that truly matter for the business community: how AI can be implemented responsibly, what governance principles are necessary, and how it can deliver concrete, relevant, and measurable results for organizations," stated Laura Mihaila, Marketing, Communications & CX Director at Raiffeisen Bank Romania.
On the Main Stage, the agenda follows the core steps of enterprise AI adoption: Designing AI: rethinking workflows and solution design; Building AI: Developing internal technical and organizational capabilities; Using AI: Integrating autonomous agents and AI tools into daily workflows; Scaling with AI: Expanding successful projects and developing new products; Mastering AI: Upskilling teams and building high-performance capabilities; Embodied AI: Applications in robotics, autonomous systems, production, and logistics; The program also features dedicated sessions on leadership, regulation, and sustainability, along with Industry Focus tracks for healthcare, retail, and automotive.
On the Solutions Stage, the focus shifts to direct execution. Masterclasses cover identifying business challenges suitable for AI, building prototypes through vibe coding, and transitioning from an experiment to a solution deployed at scale. The program also explores AI applications in sports, HR, team development, and social robotics. Between masterclasses, AI showcases feature live product demonstrations where participants can see technology in action and evaluate how it solves specific business problems.
"The decisions we make today will determine how quickly we can transform a good idea into a competitive advantage. That is why leaders must look beyond optimizing current operations and ask what value they could deliver to customers if they completely rethought how their organization works. I believe competitive advantage will be built through the ambition to change what truly matters and the discipline to execute until results are achieved. At Tremend - Publicis Sapient, this is our operational framework: we start with the business stake, build the solutions, and empower people to adopt them. At NEXXT, we want to bring these defining corporate choices to the table," said Stefan Patra, GM at Tremend - Publicis Sapient.
"We see tremendous interest in AI, but also a very practical question: what is truly worth implementing, and how do you know it works? We built NEXXT so participants can talk directly with the people building these technologies and those already using them in their organizations. We want attendees to leave with concrete examples and better questions for their own projects," said Alexandra Pollack, CEO of NEXXT AI Summit.
The NEXXT AI Hackathon complements the main event by focusing on building prototypes for real enterprise challenges. On October 28, participating teams will build, test, and refine AI solutions with guidance from expert mentors. On October 29, the finalists will pitch their projects on the Main Stage in front of the jury and summit attendees, concluding with the official awards ceremony.
NEXXT offers complimentary Enterprise Passes to representatives of companies and institutions currently developing, implementing, or governing AI within their organizations. Access is granted based on application review, evaluating professional relevance to the summit’s core topics. Seats are limited and capacity is nearly full. Applications can be submitted until October 20 at https://nexxtsummit.com/.
