REDPORT and DAN ȘUCU have officially launched INFINITY NORD, a large-scale residential development that will contribute to the transformation of the Străulești, Dămăroaia area into a new urban hub of the capital city. The launch event took place at UNDA, Bucharest, in the presence of approximately 250 guests, including business leaders, representatives of the banking sector, architects, designers, partners, investors and members of the press.
The official launch marked the public presentation of the project and of the vision behind INFINITY NORD. The event programme included a project presentation film, the unveiling of the INFINITY NORD architectural model, as well as speeches by the main people involved in the development.
Located on a platform of more than 4.6 hectares, in the continuation of the Petrom City area, INFINITY NORD is the largest project in REDPORT’s portfolio and one of the most important residential investments currently under development in Bucharest.
INFINITY NORD will include approximately 1,200 homes developed in three successive phases, alongside an extensive component of retail, services, wellness and spaces dedicated to the community. The project was conceived as a mixed-use development, in which residents will have quick access to the services and facilities needed in everyday life.
