GRAFFITI PLUS, one of the leading companies in Romania's communication and brand marketing market, begins trading on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on July 16, 2026, under the symbol GRF, marking the completion of the listing process launched in 2025.
The moment represents the start of a new stage for GRF+, the company that opened the way for Romania's local communication industry toward the capital market, and one of the beneficiaries of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Call for Proposals – Stock Exchange Listing of Enterprises (Pillar III, Investment 3, State Aid Schemes for the Private Sector).
GRF+ has successfully completed all the stages required for admission to trading:
In parallel with the listing process, GRF+ has strengthened its financial and operational indicators, in a context of sustained growth and business model transformation. Over the past five years, the agency has doubled its turnover and developed three high-growth-potential business verticals: influencer marketing, sports & sponsorship (MATCHPLAN), and pharma & healthcare communication.
These are complemented by an ecosystem of companies specialized in complementary services, which also includes New Moon (digital marketing), MOCAPP (influencer marketing), Kamrad (international exhibitions, trade fairs, and events), and SyZyGy (corporate communications & investor relations).
At the same time, the company has structured a clear direction for integrating artificial intelligence across three layers: AI for productivity — support infrastructure for teams on specific tasks; institutional AI — automation of processes and workflows; and AI-enhanced advisory — native AI products and services that support growth in productivity, speed, and scalability.
"On July 16, GRF+ enters a new stage of development, with its debut on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. For us, the listing represents a long-term commitment to transparency, discipline, and value creation, but also a signal that creative industries can become a relevant category for Romania's capital market. We look forward to the first day of trading." Bogdan Tomoiagă, Chairman of the Board of Directors, GRF+.
